Fondue Fun for Kids!

This morning I met a friend for coffee. After our chat, we decided, against our better judgment, to head to the HomeGoods store across the street from Starbucks. Oh, the danger...

We browsed. I saw tons of furniture and pieces that I would have loved to have bought. But since I don't want to be headed to divorce court, I refrained.

I did pick up a few things, totalling $37. I was good. Very good considering what was surrounding me.

When I saw this mini-chocolate fondue pot, I knew I had to buy it. I thought the girls would absolutely love it for snacks and desserts. It was $5.99. Later when I was searching for a picture of it online, I found it going for $19.99 at a popular online retailer. GASP! I scored big on this!!

I stopped at the grocery store on my way home and picked up some bars of chocolate and some goodies for dipping: pretzels, mini marshmallows, sliced strawberries and bananas, and cubed pound cake.

I was love at first bite!
