After taking a 2 week hiatus from blogging to get my thoughts together, I am back!
It's nothing major that has kept me away from blogging. I just felt I needed a break and a chance to think about the direction of the blog. I took some time to evaluate the current content and to take stock of the overall look and feel of the blog.
I'm excited about making some aesthetic changes to the blog and to some of the content too! All that will be coming in the fall, so stay tuned...
For now, it's back to business as usual, and that means menu planning. Otherwise, it's takeout and that cuts into my shoe budget. Not good.
MONDAY - Pasta primavera
TUESDAY - Chicken tacos (from The Pioneer Woman)
WEDNESDAY - Deluxe nachos. I made these a few weeks ago, and they were a big hit. I've made them several times for lunch and once for dinner since that first time. Everyone devours them!
THURSDAY - Linguine with oil and garlic (my own recipe)
FRIDAY - Dinner out
SATURDAY - Pulled Buffalo chicken sliders
SUNDAY - Red wine marinated flank steak
