This is our first full week of summer vacation, and I am expecting to hit a few bumps in the road as we adjust to our new schedule. This week's meal plan is not overly ambitious but does incorporate some new summer recipes that I've been wanting to try.
Monday - Homemade bruschetta and crusty bread followed by ice cream!
Tuesday - Blue cheese Caesar salad
Wednesday - Asian noodle salad
Thursday - Dinner out
Friday - Pear and gorgonzola pizza
Saturday - Grilled honey mustard chicken with potatoes
Sunday - Garlic and lemon shrimp and rice
