Healthier You: Join The Sports Authority MapMyFitness Challenge

Remember all those fitness goals you set on January 1st? Yeah, how are those going? The first two weeks of January were a smashing success, but now. Not so much, right? If you are losing steam, it's time to regroup. You need some motivation, and Sports Authority is here to give it to you, girl!

Sports Authority invites you to join in on the MapMyFitness Challenge – here’s how it works:
  • Download & become a member of the FREE Sports Authority “The League” app – you can sign up at sportsauthority.com/theleague.
  • Earn 25 points when you link your League account with MapMyFitness, a training app that helps you go further by tracking activity levels, workouts and more.
  • Earn an additional 25 points when you link your fitness tracker with your accounts.



I am looking forward to this challenge. I have definitely fallen behind this week. I've had a sick kid at home, a full plate, and no time to hit the gym. This is just the thing to kick my booty into high gear.

When I bought my Fitbit back in December, I was eager to make serious changes to my fitness routine (or lack thereof). I was ready to put my yo-yo fitness habits behind me and put myself on a path to consistent workouts. I don't want a bad week to derail me.

It's time to stop making excuses and start making progress.
