A Better, Fitter Me, 2010

Who isn't on a fitness quest this year? It seems everyone I ask has some kind of fitness or weight loss resolution this year.

I officially kicked off my personal fitness campaign on Friday. To follow along and hopefully become inspired, check out The Fitness Diaries.

    Oh girl I'm right there with ya. I have some lofty goals. It's hard work, but if I can actually achieve them it will be so worth it. Good luck to you as you embark on this journey too:)
