Ingredients
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup non-fat yogurt (We like Stonyfield Farm Oikos Greek yogurt)
1/2 cup blueberries, washed
2 bananas, cut into pieces (preferably frozen)
Preparation
1. Measure all ingredients into a blender and place the top on it.
2. Blend on the puree setting until smooth, about 30 seconds.
