This week we are making a shift in our diets after this happened last week. I think we can all benefit from a healthier diet and more structured meal times.
I know next few weeks will be experimental until we find what works for us, but I'm up for anything!
Monday - Kid-friendly chicken fingers and an arugula salad with shaved parmesan cheese.
Tuesday - Pasta with marinara sauce and a mixed greens salad.
Wednesday - Chicken stir-fry served over brown rice.
Thursday - Chicken Piccata with roasted red potatoes.
Friday - Dinner out
Saturday - Spinach and tortellini soup and a side salad.
Sunday - Hubs is in charge.
