I have to be honest...executing my meal plans has been a bit of a challenge lately. Lack of motivation is the primary culprit. Is a personal chef too much to ask for???
This week I am keeping it easy in hopes of not resorting to take out.
Monday - Caesar salad
Tuesday - BLTs and Alexia sweet potato fries
Wednesday - Dinner out
Thursday - Light and easy pasta salad
Friday - Slow cooker shredded chicken nachos
Saturday - Caprese lasagna roll ups
Sunday - Spicy mustard mayo chicken kebabs with either rice or roasted potatoes.
