Menu Plan Monday - 2.4.13

The girls start gymnastics this week, so I'll be adding another slow cooker meal into the mix on Wednesdays.   I fear that if I have to start preparing and cooking dinner when gymnastics are over, it'll turn into ordering takeout. So, I am going to rely on the trusty ol' Crock Pot.



Tuesday - Creamy tomato basil pasta with garlic bread

Wednesday - Boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker with rice and sauteed spinach with garlic.

Thursday - Chicken Tortilla Soup (this is one of my all-time favorite soups!)

Friday - Family dinner out.

Saturday - Homemade pizza, side salad.

Sunday - Hubs is in charge. :)
