On days when I don't workout, I mark the calendar with a big red "X". When I see 2 or 3 big red "X"s in a row, I know it's time to get my butt back in gear. The log keeps me on track and ensures that I will go no longer than a few days, at the most, without exercising. Although I've only just started recording and using the "log" system, I am certain that I will not let a month, much less a week, pass without a workout.

I'm telling you. It really works. No one wants to see a calendar full of big, red "X"s.
