Friday Fresh Picks: This Week's Favorites

This week has been a tough one. It's been very hard staying focused and staying on task. This morning I am filling in at my neighbor's acupuncture office while his office manager is out. It's a nice distraction, and the work is so different than what I do on a daily basis, that I welcome the change of pace.
