I am proud to say that we didn't stray from last week's menu plan. Not a single bit. I can safely say that I don't think that's ever happened before.

MONDAY: Leftovers (not the best way to kick off the week, but we've got so much food from the weekend).
TUESDAY: Emma's 5th grade band concert is tonight. So, we'll keep it simple with an arugula salad and pasta with tomato sauce.
WEDNESDAY: Slow-Cooker chicken taco soup.
THURSDAY: Grilled chicken Caesar salad. I'm actually going to cheat a bit on this one. Buying the salad from a local pizza place which has an unbelievable Caesar salad and grilling the chicken ourselves.
FRIDAY: Dinner out
SATURDAY: Pulled Buffalo chicken sliders with sweet potato fries and onion rings.
SUNDAY: Beef sliders and hot dogs with potato and pasta salads to celebrate the unofficial start of summer.
