WHAT: The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
WHEN: Sale begins on July 12th at 12:30 ET for Nordstrom cardholders. Sale opens to public on July 19th.

WHERE: Online and in stores! But online is better...less crowds and better selections.
WHY: This is the only sale (EVER) where fall merchandise is discounted prior to the season. Coats, shoes, boots, sweaters, and more are heavily discounted for a limited time. After the sale ends, prices go back up.
HOW: To get started, you'll want to browse the Anniversary Sale Catalog here. It doesn't include everything that will be on sale. It's merely a preview of what's to come and what you can expect to see, but it's fairly comprehensive and will give you an idea of what items to purchase to get the best bang for your buck.
