When I saw this recipe on Martha Stewart, I was unsure. Basil in stir-fry? An Italian herb in a Chinese dish? I wasn't convinced. I was pleasantly surprised! I really enjoyed the flavor of the basil.

Looks YUMMY! Leave it to Martha to have Vietnamese basil in a recipe. Where would you find that, other than in Vietnam. lol. Regular basil works for me.
