Girls Lunch Out Event

After a long winter on hiatus, the blogging events are starting to get rolling. On Saturday I attended a networking event organized by Girls Lunch Out (a.k.a. GLO). GLO was co-founded by Erica Voll and Tina Seitzinger in an effort to bring together women in social media and give them an opportunity to network, lunch, and learn in an informal, fun, and zero-pressure setting. The event was held at 8 East Bar in Conshohocken, PA.

They are both also two of the first people I met in the mom blogging world.

In addition to lunch, there were plenty of goodies.

Clockwise: The "GLO Sweet Tart" martini, fun swag bags (including products from PopChips, Dazzlestik, Seed, Happy Baby Foods, and Lavenders Day Spa), a delicious cookie tray from @cookieapaloozanj, and a fabulous door prize (a Michael Kors bag generously donated by Dole Foods).

There was plenty of networking.
