But this week it's business as usual since it's still not quite warm enough for grilling.
Monday - Dinner out.
Tuesday - Cherry tomato spaghetti with a side salad.
Wednesday - Baked & breaded chicken cutlets (my own recipe) with roasted new potatoes.
Thursday - Beef and black bean chili (this recipe was taken from "Dishing It Up Disney Style, A Cookbook for Families with Type 1 Diabetes". We were given the cookbook while Harper was in the hospital last month.
Saturday - Dinner out. Kids choice, so it will most likely be hibachi!
Sunday - Hubs is on Sunday dinner duty.
