I sent the kids off to school this morning. I'm not sure about them, but I have renewed energy, and I was ready to dive right in this morning, starting with this menu plan.
I enjoyed a nice two week break from planning meals, and now I am ready to get back to some semblance of organization in the kitchen. I'm hoping to make better use of my Crock Pot in order to streamline the dinner making process some nights of the week. Monday - Italian bean soup with pasta and a salad
Tuesday - Taco salads
Wednesday - Chicken cutlets with pasta with tomatoes and zucchini
Thursday - Broccoli cheese soup with a side salad and rolls
Friday - Dinner out
Saturday - Linguine with garlic and oil
Sunday - Chili
