California Dreamin'

Wednesday, January 20, 2016
For as long as I can remember I've longed to live in California. When I was a software consultant, I spent a lot of time in southern California helping the many biotech companies implement our software program. Each time I visited I fell more in love with the L.A. area. I was always inspired by the city and its diversity, and well, the weather certainly speaks for itself.

As I sit at my desk listening to weather reports and forecasts of a pending snowstorm, I can't help but to dream of the warm breezes, palm trees, and pastel-colored skies of sunny SoCal. I've curated a few of my favorite pictures which I turn to when I need to be reminded that it's not cold and snowy everywhere.

How was that little mind trip out to the west coast? Visualization is a powerful tool.
