I love goat cheese. If you've never had it, it's a tangy, creamy cheese that practically melts in your mouth.

There are so many wonderful ways to enjoy this tasty cheese, but rolled up in a nice little ball, smothered in fresh herbs, and spread on toasted bread or crackers is my favorite way.
