I veered off course last week with my meal plan. I swapped out at least 2 meals after seeing shows on the Food Network that featured this recipe and this one. They were both delicious and well worth the swap. This week, I plan to stay on track. I have done my grocery shopping, so I have no excuses!
Monday - Tacos for Cinco de Mayo
Tuesday - Southwestern style stuffed peppers
Wednesday - Chicken stir-fry served with brown rice.
Thursday - Cheese quesadillas with a side salad.
Friday - Dinner out.
Saturday - Homemade pizza (on the grill if we are adventurous)
Sunday - We are hosting a Mother's Day celebration.
