Celebrate Summer's Last Licks with a Strawberry Watermelon Cooler

I don't know about you, but I plan to eek out every last drop of summer until the clock strikes autumn. One way I'll be doing that is by eating the last bits of fresh local Jersey produce and mixing up a few of my favorite summer time cocktails.

I'm all about easy in the summer, and this cocktail takes a minute to mix and uses just a few ingredients.

STRAWBERRY WATERMELON COOLER

Ingredients

3 oz.  Strawberry Watermelon Sparkling ICE carbonated beverage
1.5 oz. Vodka
½ oz. Peach Schnapps
Watermelon slices and strawberries for garnish

Directions

1. Pour vodka and peach schnapps, then Strawberry Watermelon Sparkling ICE over ice.  Stir gently to mix.

2. Garnish with fresh watermelon slices and strawberries.
