The chillier weather is making itself known in these parts and that means it's time to start incorporating easy and delicious soup recipes and slow-cooker meals into the meal plan. You won't hear me complaining. Slow cooker meals are super easy, and soup is my ultimate fall comfort food.
Here's what's on the menu this week:
Monday - Quick chicken noodle soup with cheddar biscuits
Tuesday - Chicken cutlets, macaroni and cheese, and sauteed spinach
Wednesday - Minestrone soup with arugula salad
Thursday - Chicken Parmesan over zucchini noodles
Friday - Dinner out
Saturday - Chicken saltimbocca with a side of lemon butter pasta
Sunday - Slow cooker pulled chicken sandwiches
