This week we are keeping the meal plan fairly simple. The Hubs has a few dinner commitments for work, and we have a few evening activities including another back to school night. I've been Googling "easy weeknight meals" for ideas for our menu plan, and I've found some delicious recipes that have been a big hit with the kids and us.
Here's what we'll be eating this week:
Monday - Beef chili (my own recipe but this recipe is close to my own)
Tuesday - Pastina soup with crusty bread
Wednesday - Make your own mini pizzas
Thursday - Individual chicken pot pies
Friday - Dinner out
Saturday - Grilled teriyaki chicken with rice and grilled broccoli.
Sunday - Cavatelli with arugula-basil pesto and pine nuts with arugula side salad
