We'll be celebrating a birthday later this week, and the girls have a school holiday for President's Day on Friday and Monday. I am hoping to stay on track with this week's meal plan despite our not-so-normal schedule.
Here's what we'll be eating this week.
Monday - Spinach and white bean soup and a side salad
Tuesday - Asian lettuce wraps
Wednesday - Chicken tostadas
Thursday - Creamy chicken and spinach pasta
Friday - Harper's birthday. Dinner is her choice.
Saturday - Cheese tortellini in light broth with Greek Salad
Sunday - Chili (my own recipe)
