Menu Plan Monday :: 9.14.2015

Now that we are back in the swing of school, our afternoon and evening activities are starting up. CCD starts this week, and next week lacrosse and gymnastics start. Having a solid meal plan in place will be essential during the next few weeks.


Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Monday - Tomato soup and grilled cheese croutons

Tuesday - Cheeseburger flatbread pizzas with a side salad

Wednesday - Bean burrito bowls

Thursday - Sweet corn risotto with sauteed shrimp

Friday - Dinner out

Saturday - Grilled chicken sliders and roasted potatoes

Sunday - Easy pulled pork sandwiches, cole slaw, homemade potato chips
