Cupcakes. Cupcakes. How I love thee. Let me count the ways. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, I could eat cupcakes. Every day. Any flavor. Now, one of my all-time favorite bakeries, Sprinkles, makes an at-home cupcake mix available from Sprinkles.com and/or Williams-Sonoma. And that, my dear friends, is what I'm crushing on this week.

Each 15 to 16.2 oz container costs just $14.00 and comes in 7 flavors including chocolate, vanilla and red velvet. Yum! My mouth is watering. The mix includes the trademark confectioner's "dots" and a simple recipe for frosting.

Sprinkles has 7 locations throughout the U.S. with plans to open in other cities. But until one opens in a city near you, you can order the mix from their Web site, Sprinkles.com or Williams-Sonoma.
Delish!
