Moving right along here. Summer seems to be flying by, and well, everything after the 4th of July goes downhill fast. This week the camps and activities for the girls start, and I am hoping that they help to put us on a somewhat normal schedule.
Meal planning helps to keep things consistent, and here's what we'll be eating this week.
Monday - Chicken BLT salads (using leftover grilled chicken from yesterday)
Tuesday - Quick and easy enchiladas
Wednesday - Spaghetti bolognese with a house salad
Thursday - Chicken and summer vegetable tostadas (going to get my veggies at the farmers market)
Friday - Take out
Saturday - Ribs, corn on the cob, and side salad
Sunday - Pulled Buffalo chicken sliders

Oh Yum! So many delicious meals! Those tostados and chicken sliders sound great!
The chicken sliders are a house favorite. Can't wait to try to tostados!
