After spending the weekend in NYC with my girls and my niece, I'm feeling refreshed and ready for a full week of cooking. The coming holiday weekend is sure to be filled with barbeques and lots of grilling!
This week's weather is looking great! Perfect for light dinners and salads.
Monday - Grilled chicken Caesar salads.
Tuesday - Creamy asparagus, herb and peas pasta.
Wednesday - Chicken, rice, and Parmesan skillet
Thursday - Lemony orzo soup with baby spinach and peas
Friday - Dinner out or take out.
Saturday - Grilled pizza appetizer. Grilled chicken and steaks with baked potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Sunday - Grilled burgers (beef, turkey, veggie) with orzo with roasted (or grilled) veggies.
We'll also be enjoying s'mores and grilled peaches with vanilla ice cream over the weekend, too!
