It's hard to believe that it's the last week of July already. We still have a summer bucket list of things to accomplish in the next six weeks. We'll be kicking it into high gear and taking advantage of the final weeks of summer vacation. But first, this week's meal plan!
Monday - Linguini with marinara sauce (hubs' own recipe) and an arugula salad
Tuesday - Chicken tacos
Wednesday - Dinner out
Thursday - Coconut chicken tenders with rice and steamed broccoli
Friday - Arugula salad with steak, shaved Parmesan cheese, and lemon vinaigrette
Saturday - Pasta puttanesca
Sunday - Slow-cooker pulled pork sandwiches with homemade onion rings
