Ingredients
1 lb. box of spaghetti
4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup torn basil leaves
kosher salt and ground black pepper
Preparation
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
2. While the pasta is cooking, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese.
3. Drain the pasta. Add the lemon juice mixture to the pasta. Add the basil leaves and toss well to combine.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
