Finally, one of my favorite months of the year has arrived. Warm days bleed into warm nights. What more could we want?
The next few weeks will be filled with end of the school year activities, and slowly, the anticipation and excitement will build. Do you remember that feeling you got at the end of the school year? There was really nothing better than the promise of a carefree summer ahead.Here at Pieces of a Mom, we are gearing up for a summer of great content including a few new features, such as this monthly letter from me and the recently launched What We're Reading! In addition, I'll be featuring sumptuous summer cocktails, great grilling recipes, and fabulous summer fashions. And of course, all of the regular features you have come to love and expect from Pieces of a Mom will continue.
We have three Spotlights on the Jersey Shore lined up, and I can't wait to share the Jersey goodness with you. June is also National Candy Month, so of course, I'll be showcasing a few of my favorite kinds and places to shop for fun candy.
