If you've been reading Pieces of a Mom for any amount of time, you've heard me talk about my bout with rosacea. I was diagnosed 12 years ago, a year after I had my first child. I started recognizing some symptoms during that first pregnancy, but blamed them on fluctuating hormones. Since my diagnosis, I've tried countless remedies from OTC products to prescription medications recommended by my dermatologist. I haven't had much luck with of any of the products I've tried.

But I have found a brand of products that are great for my sensitive skin and keep the redness at bay. Those products are Cetaphil products. Since I cleanse and moisturize each morning and evening, frequent use of harsh products often leaves my skin irritated and prone to drying. For many of us sufferers, the impacts of rosacea go more than skin deep, with half of sufferers saying they feel unattractive, as well as embarrassed and less confident. I know I have felt this way on many occasions, but by using Cetaphil products consistently, I have alleviated many of my symptoms.
