Menu Plan Monday : 11.30.2015

After a long weekend of complete indulgence (way too much stuffing, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie), I am ready to get back to sensible and healthy eating. I am loading up on veggie-rich meals this week and hoping to sneak in salads as sides.

Here's what we'll be eating this week.

Monday - Turkey pot pie


TuesdayPasta with tomatoes, basil, zucchini, and garlic

WednesdayStuffed peppers

Thursday - Taco salad

Friday - My birthday. My choice!

Saturday - Make your own pizzas (this is one of my favorites) with arugula salad

SundayCheese fondue
