Another week down, and I am still going strong! Hopefully, I won't lose momentum this week when we travel to Denver. I've already missed this morning's workout because I was busy packing. I'm hoping to squeeze something in today. We shall see...
Time is ticking. I am almost half-way through my challenge.
Here's how things went down during week 2:
Total miles walked: 20.205
I had 2 rest days last week. I am finding that those rest days are really helpful, especially after the days that I include a significant amount of running in my workout.
