We are starting the morning off with a 2-hour delayed opening. Although I love having the extra time so that the girls don't need to rush to get ready for school, these things always have a way of throwing a wrench in my day. It generally means cramming 7 hours of work into 4 hours as Harper will get on the bus at 10:25 and Emma will off the bus at 2:25.
So, the first thing on my list to knock off is this week's menu plan. Here's what we will be eating this week (if all goes as planned!).
Monday - Tortellini in light broth with a side salad
Tuesday - Mexican stuffed peppers
Wednesday - Pasta with Spinach Tomatoes and Parmesan Cheese Recipe
Thursday - Hamburger soup
Friday - Spinach tortellini salad
Saturday - Homemade pizza
Sunday - Lemon chicken Romano with egg noodles
