Swapping out the graham crackers for ginger thins or ginger snaps and using peppermint chocolate instead of milk chocolate adds a hint of holiday to the s'mores and makes these s'mores as fun to eat as they are to make.
HOLIDAY S'MORES
Ingredients
Ginger thins or ginger snaps. I like to use Anna's Ginger Thins.
Marshmallows (plain or peppermint)
Hershey's Candy Cane candy bars
Preparation
1. Roast marshmallows over an open flame (adult supervision required).
2. Place a square of candy on a ginger thin. Top with the roasted marshmallow and cover with another ginger thin. Lightly apply pressure to smash the s'more together.
Enjoy with a mug of hot chocolate!
